As Leader of Knowledge Management at Mead & Hunt, Pat Peyton coordinates multiple information platforms with the primary goal of making comprehensive material available to 500 employees across 26 offices. With 18 years of experience and extensive training in data management, Pat leads the training and development efforts with an eye toward affecting change and growth.

Kathy Schumann, Leader of Employee Communications at Mead & Hunt, has a singular vision of open and dynamic communication in a workplace spread across the country. Kathy applies her 15-year background in journalism and marketing to the practice of knowledge sharing and cultural growth. Both Pat and Kathy work in partnership on a wide range of information management issues with a big-picture focus on making change a regular part of the Mead & Hunt vocabulary.
