Summary
We are pleased to share this intranet tour, in which Eric Stein and Cheyenne Morin share highlights from their BRS Synthesis intranet, Boris.
Barker Rinker Seacat (BRS) Architecture specializes in designing civic spaces that promote community well-being, with a particular focus on recreation and gathering spaces. The firm operates out of two offices, located in Denver, CO, and Grapevine, TX, and employs a team of around 50 professionals. Since its founding in 1975, BRS has earned a reputation for creating engaging, people-centric designs.
BRS chose Synthesis as their intranet partner in 2016 because they wanted to increase their impact without necessarily increasing their headcount. They have increased their specialization, further established themselves as thought leaders in community recreation center design, and increased their revenue – all while maintaining their culture, design quality, and the work-life balance of their employees.
